WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP OUT?
Typically, you can expect your order to ship within 2 business days. Serialized items (firearms, lower receivers, etc.) may take 4 business days to ship out; please verify that Cowtown Firearms has a copy of the FFL from your dealer. During the holiday and peak seasons shipping times will vary due to the high order volume. We do work very hard to get your order out to you, and apologize if there is a delay with it.

Unfortunately, we are not able to accept PayPal. PayPal refuses to process payments for firearms or ammunition.

We are always working to update and better our website. If you are having issues completing the order process, we recommend you check the following:

  1. Which Internet browser are you using? Our website seems to work best with either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox.
  2. Try deleting your cookies and browsing data.

No, we are not able to edit an order after it has been placed. All sales are final once submitted. We strive to provide the best customer service possible in the most efficient manner possible. In doing so we use order automation which is very difficult to cancel once the trigger has been pulled by you and an order has been submitted.

No, we are not able to combine your orders. Once an order has been placed we cannot add to it or combine it with a second order.

Our automated system should not allow the sale of an out-of-stock item, however sometimes computers make a mistake or two orders many be simultaneously placed with limited stock and this can cause issues. If this occurs Cowtown Firearms will send you a full refund.
